Etoile manufactures metal and wood products and parts at its factory in Fano (PU).
Behind these products is a solid industrial concern, a factory covering some 8,000 square metres, of which 1,600 consist of offices and showrooms, modern technology, a highly skilled workforce and a concept of industrial relations that is based on teamwork.
ETOILE has an extremely low employee turnover, since staff are very loyal to the company.
The average age of staff is 37 and 40% of employees are women.

For ETOILE customer service is one of its greatest strengths.
design
We use a CAD design system to reproduce layouts in 2D/3D, which is then associated to a configurator to help us adapt products to the specific needs of their setting, and then we transmit all of this information directly to production. The turnaround time for a design request from a Client is 48 h on average.
delivery
ETOILE uses a certified network of logistics companies to dispatch its products, guaranteeing a 100% C.O.T. standard (orders completed on time).
production
In the production stages, ETOILE prepares the product cut according to height (cutting of vertical risers, aluminium profiles and top wood strip to be edged on all 4 sides) according to the measurements provided. All metal fittings are also prepared in the factory.
assembly
ETOILE has a continuous collaboration agreement with teams of expert fitters and thanks to a product that is already cut and tooled in the factory, the fitting times are quick and do not disturb the customer with noise or dust emissions from cutting.
