Dallan S.p.A.: When Precision Shapes Space

At the headquarters of Dallan S.p.A. in Castelfranco Veneto, Antonello Finiture has developed a project where partitions do more than divide, they define relationships, distances, and the flow of everyday work, using the Unica SC1 and Quadra systems.

Some projects treat division as a technical necessity. Others turn it into a design opportunity. At Dallan S.p.A., this difference is clear from the very first step inside: partitions are not added later to organize space, they are what shape it from the beginning.

Designed by architect Matteo Pauletto and realized by Antonello Finiture, the project follows a clear and consistent vision. Across approximately 3,000 square meters of office space, every choice of material, profile, and proportion builds carefully measured relationships between environments.

Entrance Area: Setting the Tone from the Start

The reception avoids any unnecessary gestures. The slightly raised maple-finish desk, together with the TV set into the background and framed by fitted wall units, creates a sense of comfort. Every element and color works in harmony.

A series of cylindrical light fixtures hangs at staggered heights, creating a clear visual rhythm that helps guide the eye through the space. Integrated LED lighting subtly defines the horizontal lines, adding depth without overpowering the surfaces, and contributing to a soft, balanced atmosphere.

Corridors: Sequence, Not Transit

In the circulation areas, the project becomes clearer. The corridors are designed around rhythm rather than simple movement.

A series of dark lacquered vertical panels marks the frontage at a regular pace. In between, glazed sections of the Unica SC1 system open continuous views towards the meeting rooms. Transparency is controlled, never total.

Large-format light porcelain stoneware flooring enhances depth, while the ceiling remains neutral. Direction is defined by the vertical geometry of the system itself.

Open Space: Transparency as a Design Tool

The operational areas unfold as a continuous visual field, with workstations arranged in sequence, essential furnishings, and open perimeter views.

This is not a generic open space, but a carefully articulated environment where each function retains its own boundaries without breaking the overall continuity. Glass partitions allow natural light to flow through the spaces, reaching even the deepest areas of the layout.

Meeting Rooms and Collective Spaces

In the meeting rooms, the design becomes more focused. Thick-top tables, clean geometries, and fully integrated technology define the space. Every element is carefully calibrated to avoid visual or functional interference.

The break area introduces a subtle shift in atmosphere: a long light-wood table, black seating, and a slatted wood wall that filters the space without fully separating it. A dark ceiling marks the change of function, while the spatial structure remains unchanged.

Unica SC1 and Quadra: A Single Design Language

The coherence of the project is expressed through its systems. Unica SC1 and Quadra work by subtraction, reducing the frame and letting glass create continuity.

Quadra treats solid elements with the same visual language as SC1. Glass and solid parts become variations of one system, keeping a clear and unified reading even in closed sections.

Acoustic performance meets the needs of operational spaces without affecting visual lightness. Construction precision is visible in the details: flat surfaces, clean joints, and the absence of any unnecessary elements.

Light and Material

Artificial lighting is always integrated. LED lines follow the paths of movement, While ceiling panels ensure a soft, even distribution of light across the space

Finishes work through continuity: light floors, neutral surfaces, and dark elements that highlight structural points. There is no decoration, only carefully balanced contrasts.

A Project That Works Over Time

This is not a project that relies on striking effects. It reveals itself gradually, through proportion, distance, and detail.

The Dallan headquarters defines a clear and well-ordered environment, where representation and function coexist without friction. An interior where division becomes a design tool in its own right.
